Michigan's CHEMPACK Program Training Module

1. Identify the purpose of the CHEMPACK program.
2. Describe the roles of the agencies involved with the Michigan CHEMPACK program.
3. Identify signs, symptoms and appropriate treatment for nerve agent exposure.
4. Identify the process for requesting CHEMPACK asset.
5. Identify appropriate healthcare provider safety when responding to a nerve agent incident.
