1. Apply best practices for medicolegal death investigation/post-mortem examination practices.
2. Indentify national organizations and why it is important to follow best practices suggested by those organizations.
3. Explain how best practices can enhance knowledge and performance in regards to medical examiner practices.

Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
