Overview

At Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine, we recognize and encourage the continuous expression, development, and representation of the uniqueness of all individuals. To continue the drive to live by our diversity and inclusion statement, WMed is offering Continuing Education credit for Implicit Bias training via a hybrid model, ensuring the ability for interactivity, while allowing for flexibility and access.

Learners will be required to both complete the online module and attend a live session before credit can be claimed. Registration for live sessions will be accessible at the end of the online module.

It is the responsibility of individuals to ensure that the completion of a WMed Implicit Bias activity meets their state training requirements for licensure.

Objectives
  1. Develop the ability to use self-awareness of knowledge, skills, and emotional limitations to engage in appropriate help-seeking behaviors
