1. Recognize the importance of values in relationship to workplace well-being
2. Describe the importance of addressing well-being promotion in relationship to burnout prevention
3. Identify actionable strategies to support one’s day-to-day professional and personal well-being
4. Recognize available wellness resources
5. Review, recognize and learn effective strategies for responding to and preventing suicide within a health care educational setting
6. Identify prevalent myths regarding suicide that can diminish our efforts to create a culture of organizational well-being
7. Reflect on next steps we can take at WMed to bring awareness to the risks and signs of suicide in order to effectively support ourselves and those around us
8. Review, recognize and learn effective strategies for responding to and preventing suicide within a health care educational setting
9. Identify prevalent myths regarding suicide that can diminish our efforts to create a culture of organizational well-being
