1. Understand the cause of needle fears and phobias
2. Combat those fears and phobias by identifying 3 non-invasive pain management techniques
3. Identify and discuss storage and temperature monitoring equipment
4. Identify and discuss the basic components of a vaccine management plan
5. Discuss vaccine storage and handling practices
6. Increase understanding of the measles illness including how to test and PPE
7. Increase understanding of who should receive an MMR vaccine
