Occurs monthly on the 3rd Wednesday starting on 2/6/2023 at 12:00 PM

1. Learners will be able to differentiate health disparities in community
2. Describe current gaps in training for culture humility
3. Participants will learn ways in which interdisciplinary teams can collaborate
4. List current research evidence on provider influence on healthcare disparities
5. Identify current controversies regarding disparities

In support of improving patient care, Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
