Objectives

Objective(s): 1 At the conclusion of the activity, all attendees will be able to identify the major moral arguments used to justify warfighter enhancement programs. 2 At the conclusion of the activity, all attendees will be able to describe the ethical limits that constrain the wartime deployment of enhanced warfighters. 3 At the conclusion of the activity, all attendees will be able to distinguish the justificatory considerations that apply to state militaries from those that apply to private military contractors. 4 At the conclusion of the activity, all attendees will be able to apply existing justificatory frameworks for warfighter enhancement to evaluate novel cases, such as transgender warfighters and enhanced peacemakers.
