Objective(s): 1 Evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of brexpiprazole + sertraline combination therapy compared to sertraline + placebo in the treatment of PTSD, using clinical trial data and patient outcomes as benchmarks. 2 Analyze the benefits and drawbacks of combining brexpiprazole with sertraline for treating PTSD symptoms, and interpret its effects on overall patient outcomes, including symptom reduction and quality of life. 3 Assess how the integration of brexpiprazole and sertraline into existing PTSD treatment protocols could improve patient outcomes and examine its applicability in clinical practice.
