MDHHS World TB Day 2025

The World TB Day conference provides the latest information on tuberculosis (TB); updated epidemiologic trends of TB; and best practices for the diagnosis, treatment, and management of TB cases statewide. The conference is primarily targeted to people who work in healthcare, public health, or other areas related to TB, as well as people with personal experiences of TB.


Wednesday, April 2, 2025, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Lansing Community College West Campus, Lansing, MI

1. Continually identify, analyze, and implement new knowledge, guidelines, standards, technologies, products, or services that have been demonstrated to improve outcomes
2. Make informed decisions about diagnostic and therapeutic interventions based on patient information and preferences, up-to-date scientific evidence, and clinical judgment
3. Apply principles of epidemiological sciences to the identification of health problems, risk factors, treatment strategies, resources, and disease prevention/health promotion efforts for patients and populations

Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
