WMed EMS Fellowship Grand Rounds 2021

EMS Fellowship Grand Rounds is a weekly recurring series focusing on topics of pre-hospital medicine through lecture, discussion, and journal club style presentations. Over an academic year, we cover both volumes of the NAEMSP textbook along with supplementary materials such as new and historical journal articles, legal reports, and EMS case audio and MI-EMSIS files. 1. The learner will describe concepts, protocols, and best practices related to EMS medicine.
2. The learner will apply concepts, protocols, and best practices related to EMS medicine in real-life prehospital encounters.

In support of improving patient care, Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
