WMed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusiveness Podcast: Implicit Bias Part 1

In this podcast, Dr. Cheryl Dickson and Surangi Pradhan discuss implicit bias and help learners identify strategies of mitigation and gain self-awareness and insights on identifying implicit biases on an individual and organizational level. 

It is the responsibility of individuals to ensure that the completion of a WMed Implicit Bias activity meets their state training requirements for licensure. 

At WMed, we recognize and encourage the continuous expression, development, and representation of the uniqueness of all individuals.
